A note from GH Training
The new GH Training Web App is here.
When we launched the first version of the GH Training App back in 2023, we had no idea it would become as popular as it has. With more than 6,500 subscribers across over 20 charities, our training plans, videos and weekly countdowns have helped countless runners complete many of the biggest races in the UK and USA.
As the popularity of running continues to grow, we felt it was time to evolve both the App and the support we offer runners to the next level. So here's what's new.

Introducing
The GH Training Web App.
With more and more people returning to laptops and desktops to access content, we've decided to retire the old Hub and introduce a brand-new Web App, fully synced with the GH Training App.
That means runners can now access the same training plans, videos and support whether they're at the gym on their smartphone, or sat at their desk in the office pretending to work.

A new FAQs section.
From carbohydrate requirements and energy gels to shin pain and missed training sessions, runners have lots of questions.
So we've created a dedicated FAQs section within both the App and the Web App, bringing together answers to the most common training, nutrition and injury-prevention questions in one easy-to-access place.
Each FAQ includes a short written answer along with video explanations for deeper understanding, helping runners quickly find the support and reassurance they need.
Under the bonnet
Smarter. Cleaner. Better.
Alongside these updates, we've also introduced a design refresh and a number of "under the bonnet" improvements to make the entire experience smoother, faster and easier to use.
We hope these new features will take the support we offer runners to the next level and help their training go from strength to strength.
